Job Coach Role

A full time job coach works with the clients to develop employment goals and work skills. They guide and support new employees, helping them transition and succeed in the workplace.

When outside employment is found, job coaching continues at the new placement until the participant is thoroughly confident in their new job.  Job Coaches also support employers in dealing with performance issues and any other issues that may arise.
